The explosion in surgical innovation, not just the canal space but the subconjunctival space as well.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Get good broad, in depth surgical training. Too many new glaucoma specialists are limited in their ability to deal with cases that are not amenable to cataract surgery and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) alone, leaving many patients with significant glaucoma poorly served.
