Leading Wills Eye Hospital and working alongside my incredible colleagues – faculty, staff, Board, and inspiring patients.

Spending time – even virtually – with my family and friends.

Opening doors to the full range of global human talent is a crucial first step in identifying, nurturing, mentoring, and promoting those who can best shape a future of innovation and achievement.
