Lambert received a Silver Stevie® Award for Female Executive of the Year (Consumer Products, More Than 2,500 Employees) and a Bronze Stevie® Award for Woman of the Year in Healthcare during the annual awards gala held November 10 in New York City.
The Stevie® Awards recognize outstanding women executives, entrepreneurs, and organizations worldwide. Lambert was honored for her pivotal role in shaping the field of myopia management, driving both innovation and global adoption of evidence-based clinical care.
Under Lambert’s leadership, CooperVision’s MiSight® 1 day contact lenses — the first and only FDA-approved soft contact lens proven to slow myopia progression in children aged 8–12 at initiation of treatment — have expanded to more than 40 countries. The most recent approval in Japan marks a major milestone, where MiSight® 1 day has become the first soft contact lens authorized for myopia control.
Lambert also spearheaded the company’s partnership with the World Council of Optometry (WCO), leading to the launch of the WCO CooperVision Myopia Management Navigator. The initiative has reached over 70,000 eye care professionals across 217 organizations, equipping practitioners with clinical guidance to make myopia management the global standard of care.
“Jennifer’s leadership and vision have been instrumental in advancing the global conversation surrounding myopia management,” said Jerry Warner, President at CooperVision. “Her efforts have expanded access, accelerated adoption, and inspired the next generation of care for children’s vision around the globe.”
The dual honors underscore Lambert’s impact on both consumer health innovation and professional education in eye care, positioning her as one of the most influential voices in modern myopia management.
