The new single‑annual edition of Vision Expo kicks off in Orlando

The Vision Expo — previously held twice yearly as separately named East and West shows — is changing format in 2026. Instead of two coast‑to‑coast events, the trade exhibition will become a single, consolidated gathering each year.

The first unified Vision Expo is scheduled for March 11–14, 2026, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. This format — adopted following feedback from exhibitors, attendees, and industry partners — aims to streamline planning and resources, reduce travel burdens, and create a more powerful, concentrated experience for the optical community.

Organisers assert that the new Vision Expo will deliver “a more robust experience with expanded technology showcases, immersive activations, focused education and enhanced networking,” as well as serve as the definitive annual hub for product launches, industry innovation, and business across eyecare, eyewear fashion, and vision‑technology sectors.
