ASRS 2026 in Montréal: Cutting-Edge Retina Science & Global Collaboration

American Society of Retina Specialists 44th Annual Scientific Meeting

The American Society of Retina Specialists (ASRS) 44th Annual Scientific Meeting takes place July 15–18, 2026 at the Palais des congrès de Montréal in Montréal, Québec, Canada, bringing together retina specialists, researchers, surgeons, and clinicians from around the world.

As retina’s flagship international event, the meeting features a comprehensive scientific program with rapid-fire talks, in-depth discussions, surgical technique sessions, case conferences, and focused presentations on the latest clinical and research advancements in vitreoretinal disease. Highlights include “Retina Surgery Around the World,” debates on complex surgical cases, and immersive educational experiences through the Exhibit Hall and expanded Experience Center.

Beyond cutting-edge science, ASRS Montréal fosters global collaboration, networking, and professional exchange, complemented by social events such as an opening reception on the waterfront and a closing gala at the historic Marché Bonsecours. The event is open to live and virtual registrants (with CME credit options) and encourages submission of abstracts from both established and emerging investigators.
