Olivia Earley gained a Medical Degree MB BCH BAO University College Galway, Ireland in 1980, Fellowship of UK Royal College of Ophthalmologists in 1997, an MD Thesis Queens University Belfast 1991, a Research Fellowship Duke University North Carolina 1992, Retinal Fellowship St Thomas’ Hospital London 1993. She became a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Belfast HSCT in 1993, and currently specialises in Phacoemulsification, and has contributed to surgical training over many years.
