Griffith Altmann is Chief Technology Officer at HOYA Vision Care, where he leads global innovation developing industry-leading spectacle lenses. With more than 25 years of experience in ophthalmic optics and medical device development, Griff has held leadership positions spanning R&D, strategic marketing, and clinical support across the vision care industry. A proven technology leader with extensive experience in ophthalmic optics and medical device development, Griff was awarded the JJ Bausch Award for Innovation for his work on Advanced Optics aspheric IOL technology. He holds a Master's degree in Optics and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
