Fedra Hajizadeh
A noted expert in retinal imaging, Fedra Hajizadeh combines research and surgical roles. She received her MD degree from Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 1995 and completed her ophthalmology residency and vitreoretinal fellowship at the Farabi Eye Hospital of the Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Since 2008, she has been a consulting surgeon for vitreoretinal diseases and a research scientist at the Noor Eye Hospital, working in the retinal imaging center. Hajizadeh’s current research interests include ocular trauma, retinal fluorescein angiography and optical coherence tomography of the retina.
