As you might have heard, our annual celebration of the field, The Power List, will feature the Top 50 Women in Ophthalmology this year.

Following years of underrepresentation, we hope our 2021 list will be recognized as a positive effort to redress the balance. If you haven’t voted yet or you’d like to submit more nominations, time is quickly running out! Make sure you get your vote in before January 31, 2021. We accept nominations across all areas of ophthalmology – and do feel free to vote for as many women as you like. Please share the link with your friends and colleagues to make sure they use this opportunity! Until next time, Aleksandra Jones, Editor.
